The film follows a day in the life of a male hustler, a heroin addict who turns to prostitution to fund his habit and pay for the abortion his lesbian wife's girlfriend needs. He moves through grim encounters with delusional, damaged clients and nights with drag queens and other hustlers, saturating the story with sex, drugs and decadence.
