One sunny day, Bull’s owners spoil him with treats, toys, and even Kool-Aid-flavored toilet water, moments that only amplify his sense of being pampered and invincible. Bull learns that he is due to be neutered the next morning, an experience he has watched others go through, notably Luther the Great Dane, whose pre-neutering routine mirrors what’s coming for Bull. After a tense reconciliation, Bull agrees to return home and face what’s coming, but not before a final night on the town is proposed by Rocco, who argues that Bull should seize one last chance to feel alive while he still remains intact.

The quartet embarks on a wild, goofy adventure through a city full of doggy mischief. Their antics lead them to infiltrate a dog show where Honey is competing, working alongside Sterling in the arena. The scene is lively, chaotic, and comic, with Bull gathering the courage to admit his feelings for Honey in the spotlight of the competition. Bull, meanwhile, is drawn to Molasses, a striking red Borzoi who reminds him of Honey in demeanor and charm. Molasses’s presence softens Bull’s resolve and pulls him into an entangling dynamic that shifts the group’s dynamics even further.

Their flirtations and deceptions collide when Bull is drawn toward Molasses in a moment of vulnerability, and Honey unexpectedly stumbles upon the scene, confronting Bull with a mix of heartbreak and anger. Bull and his friends narrowly escape the pound and make their way back to Bull’s home, though Lucky diverges to reconnect with Frankie, who has captured his fancy. In a tense and dramatic moment, Bull physically steps between Honey and Sterling as they seem ready to breed, succeeding in interrupting the scenario without alerting Sterling to the underlying truth. Bull confesses his feelings for Honey and, overwhelmed by the moment, leaves to sort through his emotions, torn between friendship and romance.

Meanwhile, Sterling learns that he will also be neutered, a revelation that Luther mocks with good-natured teasing, underscoring the ongoing joke about who is or isn’t “in charge.” The final twist returns the troupe to the earlier neon-lit world of The Humphouse, where Honey and her friends visit the club again, this time to witness a grizzly bear perform a twerk-worthy routine that elicits astonished reactions from Bull, Rocco, Fetch, and Lucky.
