The film begins with Jack Stanfield (Harrison Ford), a devoted husband and father, who is leaving his idyllic home life with his loving wife Beth (Virginia Madsen) and their two children. His day at Landrock Pacific Bank in Seattle, where he serves as Vice President of Security, seems to unfold without a hitch—until an unexpected visitor from a collection agency arrives, claiming he owes a staggering $95,000 from an online gambling scheme. Convinced that it’s a case of identity theft, Jack enlists the help of a coworker, but dinner with colleague Harry and prospective employer Bill Cox takes a sinister turn when he finds himself being followed home.
