Veeru is a street-smart small-time crook whose love for Sheela fuels a violent drive for revenge. He is impulsive but fiercely loyal to Gayatri and his brother Dheeru, and he uses wit and nerve to outsmart enemies. In the present, he joins Lilly's scheme to infiltrate and undermine Jaichand’s forces as part of a larger undercover effort.

Dheeru is Veeru's brother and partner in crime, pragmatic and protective. He balances Veeru's rashness with steady strategy, helping them navigate Jaichand's machinations. Their undercover mission tests their loyalty and courage as they fight to defend Gayatri and restore order.

Gayatri lives with her two adopted brothers and falls in love with Inspector Arjun Thanghe. Her mental state shakes after Arjun's death, but her resilience and care for her brothers anchor the emotional core of the story as vengeance unfolds around her.

Sheela is the commandant's granddaughter whose Holi-era death drives Veeru to avenge her. Her memory becomes a catalyst for the brothers' pursuit of justice and highlights the costs of violence in their world.

Police Inspector Arjun Thanghe is assigned to run the police camp but is killed in the ensuing conflict. His initial aims of reform inspire the undercover plan, and his death becomes a turning point that propels the brothers toward action.

Rasbhari aids the protagonists with local knowledge and access to Jaichand's fortress, helping them navigate the regime from within. Her involvement underscores how ordinary people can influence resistance against tyranny.

Jaichand is a brutal dictator who rules through fear and alliances with foreign forces. His fortress embodies the oppressive regime the heroes aim to dismantle, making him the central obstacle to justice.

Lilly is Jaichand's henchwoman who recruits Veeru and Dheeru to infiltrate and replace the government commandos, intensifying the political play surrounding the regime.
