Troy, armed with Archer’s identity, murders everyone who might expose the truth about the swap, and he moves closer to Archer’s wife Eve and daughter Jamie, dragging Archer’s family life into the crossfire of their vendetta. The plot thickens when Archer-as-Troy escapes from a riot-torn facility and infiltrates Troy’s own stronghold, where he encounters Sasha, the sister of Dietrich Hassler, a drug kingpin, and her son Adam, who bears a startling resemblance to Archer’s own late son. The revelation that Adam is Troy’s son sends ripples through the fragile balance of power and identity, while Dietrich’s gang and the pursuing FBI force collide in a brutal clash that leaves casualties on both sides. At Lazarro’s funeral, Troy restrains his impulse to reveal his true self, but the moment is volatile enough to spark a brutal confrontation. Sasha arrives to aid Archer and Adam as the group flees toward safety, and Jamie, with quick thinking, helps undermine Troy’s control, delivering a crucial moment of defiance.

The pursuit reaches the docks, where a tense boat chase unfolds. Each man commands a vessel in a bid to outmaneuver the other, and the showdown culminates in a decisive clash. Archer uses a spear gun to force a critical advantage, while Troy retaliates by attempting to disfigure Archer’s face one last time. The struggle ends with Archer gaining the upper hand, a fatal shot ensuring Troy’s defeat, and the long, painful exposure of Archer’s true identity to those who matter.

In the end, the face transplant is reversed, restoring Archer to himself. He returns home to a rebuilt sense of family, adopting Adam and pledging to guide him away from a life of crime, honoring the memory of Sasha’s sacrifice and the fragile hopes that emerged through the turmoil.

The cast also includes Võ Thành Tâm in a supporting role, adding to the dense tapestry of loyalties, secrets, and the blurred lines between who people are and who they pretend to be.
