Georgia, Stella, and Charley find themselves engrossed in a video that exposes the scandal of a mistress caught in a compromising situation by the wife. Charley shares her own experience, revealing that she opted to watch a movie at the supermarket with her children instead of confronting her partner’s wife. Meanwhile, Stella mentions her discreet arrangement with her lover, Ambet Villoria, insisting on meeting him only at home to maintain her anonymity.

In a lounge bar, Chloe, the boldest of the mistresses, faces humiliation when her lover, Gabriel, cancels her credit card. In a fit of rage, she hurls her phone, inadvertently injuring someone nearby. Stella, seeking to help, bails her out but warns her to keep quiet about the incident involving the other women.

Georgia’s lover assigns her the task of training a new mistress for Frank Ayson, a wealthy politician. Although she hesitates, Georgia meets with Stella at a coffee shop for some guidance before heading to the airport to meet Ina, the new mistress. Excited at first, Ina’s joy quickly turns to despair upon learning from Georgia that despite enjoying the luxuries provided by Frank, such as a condo, she cannot coexist with him after leaving her life back in Cebu. Overwhelmed by Georgia’s stringent rules—like never calling Frank and remaining out of his sight—Ina plummets into a depression and ultimately overdoses on alcohol. Georgia acts quickly, rushing her to the hospital where she unexpectedly encounters Chloe.

The following day, Georgia introduces Ina to Stella, Chloe, and Charley. As they bond over shopping and beauty treatments, their friendship deepens. With Chloe’s assistance, Ina manages to meet Frank at a festive Christmas gathering. However, Georgia confronts Ina in anger, reprimanding her for breaking the established rules. Meanwhile, Chloe uncovers Gabriel’s betrayal—he has another mistress.

In Georgia’s absence, Ina spends time with Charley at an auction, only to be spotted by Wang Gie’s wife, leading to her suspension from going out. Shortly after, she chooses to stay with Stella in the courthouse, but an unexpected situation forces Stella to leave the country, putting Ina on her own. Feeling disconnected from her family upon returning to Cebu, which has adapted to her absence, Ina decides to continue her role as a mistress.

Ina then attends Senator Adelle Ayson’s birthday celebration to catch a glimpse of Frank, with guidance from Chloe. Georgia is alarmed by their encounter and confronts Chloe, resulting in a rift that leaves Chloe isolated from the group. Amidst the chaos, news breaks regarding Ambet’s mysterious disappearance. The mistresses unite with Stella, who is secretly harboring him in a safe house due to his terminal cancer diagnosis. After a poignant conversation with Gabriel’s wife, Chloe attempts reconciliation, but her friends are indifferent to her sullen realization that their partners will never choose them over others.

Their troubles intensify when the police discover their hideout thanks to Chloe. Charlie makes the risky decision to breach a rule to facilitate Stella and Ambet’s escape, leveraging Frank’s influence and Wang Gie’s airplane. With one last directive for Ina, both of them ultimately sever ties with their partners.

In the aftermath, Chloe embraces a new job opportunity while Stella pays a visit to Ambet’s grave, reflecting on their turbulent journey. Charley makes her way back to the Philippines with her children, Georgia finds love and marries a man who also has twins, and Ina charts a new course in life, pursuing a singing career and marrying a charming man.
