James, a target killer, is killed by the police and dies in front of Florence. After James' funeral, Florence discovers a newborn baby and decides to adopt him, raising him as her son Raja. This gives Raja a loving but complicated start in life.

Raja enters college with friends Morarilal, Deepak, and Gulshan, while Priya, Inspector Vijay Chauhan's sister, also joins the campus. Priya and Raja clash at first, but she gradually falls for him as they interact. The group dynamics set the stage for the events that follow.

Several college girls are murdered by a mysterious killer, drawing Inspector Chauhan into the case. At a Christmas party near Priya's home, Ranjana dies after a fall, and Gullu claims he saw her meeting with Professor Verma. Verma becomes furious and tries to call the police, and during the ensuing chase Raja accidentally stabs Verma with the knife Verma was holding, then runs.

Verma is murdered the next day, shocking everyone. Inspector Chauhan begins taking fingerprints of everyone at the college. Raja's prints come back unclear, making him look guilty, and Gullu points out that this actually incriminates him further.

During Priya's birthday party, Raja and his friends are invited. Sunny, Priya's nephew and Chauhan's son, accuses Raja of Verma's murder after seeing him by the scene. Raja realizes Sunny's silence since the murder indicates Sunny had witnessed the crime.

The next day, someone tries to murder Sunny, prompting Inspector Chauhan to intervene and secure the family. The inspector confirms Raja as the prime suspect and orders protection for Raja's house. Security guards are posted to keep Raja safe.

Public suspicion brands Raja as a blue-film maker, and he flees with his mother Florence to stay ahead of the scandal. They move from place to place, remaining in hiding as the case expands. The fear of being framed drives their escape from the college world.

Chauhan frees Watchman Badruddin, who is revealed to work for Monica, a blue-film producer tied to the unknown killer. Badruddin's release begins to connect the case to Monica's network. The investigation widens beyond Raja and the professor.

Chauhan arrests Raja and interrogates him, but Raja's truth shows that Verma was stabbed 20 times and that the killer remains at large. Realizing Sunny is in danger, Raja escapes the police station and abducts Sunny from the hospital to protect him. The pursuit of the real killer intensifies.

Deepak reveals that he and Monica run the blue-film operation and silence victims who threaten to expose them. He explains that Verma's stabbing gave him a chance to frame Raja, and Sunny's testimony was manipulated because Deepak stood behind him. The motive is to keep Deepak's secret safe at all costs.

Deepak tries to kill Sunny, but Raja fights him on the hospital roof and defeats him. Deepak is arrested with Sunny as the eyewitness. Chauhan then frees Raja, telling him that his mother lies in a critical state in the hospital and that Raja's innocence is proven.
