Brock Chirino Patton Oswalt sits with his therapist, discussing the string of slasher-related attacks that have plagued their Delta Bi fraternity after a series of reckless pranks. The fear isn’t just real for him; it’s personal, because a sorority house mother who was trapped in a burning building swore revenge on the brothers. That vow materializes as a brutal rampage that wipes out most of Delta Bi, until Brock and his friend Samzy mount a desperate counterattack and manage to kill the mother. Yet the horror doesn’t end there, because the mother’s daughter seizes the opportunity, cuts off her mother’s face, and wears it as a mask, adopting the name Motherface and stepping into the killer’s role with chilling resolve.

Motherface begins her own terror campaign, erasing more members of Delta Bi with cold efficiency. The violence escalates until Brock himself, in a final, white‑hot act of vengeance, sets Motherface on fire and ends her reign of terror—though the shadow of the past lingers, twisting the memory of what was done.

The raft salesman Paddy becomes a key figure as Delta Bi encounters him by the river; his tragic backstory—tied to a flood caused by their past actions—haunts the present as tragedy follows them to the house. Paddy’s death is swift and grim, and Motherface cuts power to the property, turning the house into a stage for further carnage.

Derek is murdered in a brutal, electrical‑themed assault, and the attic becomes a chilling theater for revelations as Samzy’s head is discovered and Brent realizes a robot duplicate may be involved in the deception. Motherface’s reign of terror continues as she turns her gaze toward Sizzler [Jimmy Wong] and ZQ [Mike James], among others, tearing through the group with relentless force. The violence mushrooms into a cycle of mutilation and strategic brutality that tests every survivor’s nerve.

The group’s resolve is pushed to the breaking point as Turbeaux [Paul Prado] is locked inside a room of dogs and a gun later misfires in a final act of despair.
