Commander Magenta, the CEO of Red Pharmaceuticals, sets his sights on resurrecting the infamous Red Ribbon Army. He believes that by reviving this notorious organization, he can gain considerable power and influence, aiming to eliminate any entities that stand in his way.

In his quest, Magenta recruits Dr. Hedo, a brilliant but troubled scientist and grandson of Dr. Gero. Persuaded by Magenta's manipulative claim that Capsule Corporation poses a dire global threat, Hedo reluctantly joins the cause, setting the stage for chaos.

Meanwhile, on Beerus' planet, the Z Warriors, including Goku, Vegeta, and Broly, are training hard under Whis's supervision. They are unaware that back on Earth, a sinister plot is unfolding that could jeopardize their peaceful existence.

Piccolo confronts Gohan about his lack of commitment to training their young descendant, Pan. This family tension highlights Piccolo's frustration and concern for Pan's potential, illustrating the complexities of their relationship under growing pressures.

Frustrated by Gohan's lack of focus, Piccolo takes matters into his own hands and disguises himself as a soldier to infiltrate the Red Ribbon Army's stronghold. His mission is to gather intelligence about their nefarious plans, which he suspects revolve around Gohan and Pan.

Inside the Red Ribbon stronghold, Piccolo uncovers the plot to create a new version of Cell, known as Cell Max. This monstrous being is intended to eliminate Capsule Corporation and its allies, showcasing the threat that Gohan and Pan now face.

Realizing the urgency of the situation, Piccolo enlists Bulma's help to reach Whis, and seeks Shenron's power to unlock his full potential. This culminates in Piccolo undergoing a transformation into 'Orange Piccolo,' significantly enhancing his abilities.

Gohan launches a furious assault on the Red Ribbon base, driven by the urgency to rescue Pan, who has been abducted to manipulate him into a trap. This desperate move underscores the stakes for Gohan, as he faces overwhelming odds to save his daughter.
