Nineteen-year-old Jennifer Campbell is trying to enjoy her summer break despite her grave heart condition and family troubles. Along with her boyfriend Max and friends, she is blissfully unaware of the horror about to invade their lives.

Returning to his childhood home, Dr. Giggles meticulously goes through his father's old records in search of victims. His twisted obsession leads him to stalk and murder several locals, including Jennifer's close friends.
