The story begins in 1990 with the Great Indian Circus struggling to survive amid bleak winter conditions in Chicago. Under the management of Iqbal Haroon Khan, the circus faces foreclosure from the Western Bank of Chicago due to an unpaid loan.

Iqbal's young son, Sahir, desperately appeals to the bank president, Warren Anderson, trying to convince him to allow the circus to continue operating. Unfortunately, silence and indifference greet his heartfelt pleas.

Facing insurmountable pressure and despair over the circus's fate, Iqbal tragically takes his own life in front of the heartless bankers. This shattering moment leaves Sahir devastated, instilling in him a deep sense of grief and a thirst for vengeance.

Fast forward 23 years, and a vengeful Sahir has reinvented himself as a cunning thief, targeting the Western Bank. His audacious robberies become notorious, accompanied by eerily mocking messages left in Hindi and his signature clown mask.

In a desperate attempt to capture the elusive Sahir, law enforcement, led by Detective Victoria, seeks assistance from ACP Jai Dixit and his partner. Together, they strategize to draw Sahir out into the open.

Jai proposes a strategy to bait Sahir into making mistakes by publicly airing his amateurish reputation. Seizing this chance, Sahir poses as a tipster, misleading the authorities while secretly planning his next heist.

Sahir cleverly introduces the police to a mysterious magician named Chup Chap Charlie, diverting attention away from his own activities. Meanwhile, he continues to execute elaborate heists, all the while remaining just out of reach of the police.

With a blend of determination and ambition, Sahir revives the Great Indian Circus and welcomes Aaliya Hussain as the new acrobat. The circus's inaugural show is a great success, drawing attention and reviving old memories.

Sahir's newfound success captures the eye of the police, leading to his apprehension as a suspect in the recent thefts. A tense moment arises when Jai conducts a search but finds no physical evidence of Sahir's bullet wound.

During a secretive moment, Sahir reveals his hidden life to the audience: he has an autistic twin brother, Samar, who plays a crucial role both in their circus acts and criminal operations. This revelation adds a new layer of complexity to their relationship.
