Detective Dee: The Four Heavenly Kings

Dee Renjie accepts his new role as the head of the Court of Judicature and Revision, holding the revered 'Dragon Taming Mace' granted by Emperor Gaozong. This moment marks the beginning of his powerful yet perilous journey in the imperial court.

As Empress Wu Zetian's ambitions escalate, she perceives Dee as a potential rival who could threaten her growing dominion. This realization prompts her to devise a complex scheme to eliminate Dee from the court.

Amid the chaos, Empress Wu cunningly accuses Yuchi of manipulating power and masterminding the creature's destruction. This accusation results in his swift arrest, showcasing Wu's manipulative mastery in the court.

In a daring move, Dee relocates the royal family to safety and collaborates with Shatuo Zhong and Moon Water to seek the sage Zen Master Yuan Ce's help. They aim to gather forces to combat the powerful enemies threatening the empire.

A breathtaking battle ensues at Da Li Si, where Dee and his allies face off against the illusions spawned by the Faceless Monster. This clash pushes them to their limits and tests their magical ingenuity against overwhelming odds.

Just as despair settles in, Zen Master Yuan Ce arrives and decisively vanquishes the Faceless Monster, restoring balance to the empire. His timely intervention transforms the battle's outcome, tipping the scales in favor of Dee and his allies.
