A condemned serial killer is slated for electrocution, but the 3,000‑volt charge only leaves him buzzing. As the prison erupts in a riot at the moment of his execution, the facility is sealed and his fate becomes uncertain. Months later, a crew arrives to shoot a women‑in‑prison exploitation film, only to find a presence sabotaging their schedule.
