Sonia, an air hostess from Delhi, becomes embroiled in a dangerous situation when she agrees to deliver a mysterious package handed to her by Vladimir Dragunsky. Unbeknownst to her, this decision sets off a chain reaction of chaotic events that will affect many around her.

Sonia seeks help from her fiancée, Tashi, who is dealing with his own issues, including financial struggles and an unkempt appearance. Feeling overwhelmed by mounting responsibilities, Tashi decides to involve his roommate Nitin in the delivery task.

Nitin, tasked with delivering the package, is preoccupied with his severe stomach issues, affectionately called 'Delhi Belly'. This distraction leads him to forget the package entirely amid his numerous comedic misadventures.

In a series of unfortunate events, Nitin enlists another roommate, Arup, to help with the delivery. However, an embarrassing mistake occurs when Nitin's stool sample is sent out instead of the mysterious package, adding to their troubles.

Amidst the chaos of Nitin's mix-up, Sonia's parents hastily set wedding plans in motion, purchasing a new flat close by and setting a wedding date just 30 days away. This only increases the pressure on Tashi, who feels cornered by expectations.

As the narrative unfolds, a gangster named Cowboy begins to unravel the connection between the package and Sonia's roommates. He ruthlessly interrogates Vladimir, escalating the stakes for everyone involved.

While juggling the pressures from his engagement, Tashi's attraction grows towards Menaka, a fellow journalist. This complicates matters further as he also deals with Menaka's unyielding husband, whose presence adds tension to Tashi's life.

Tashi finds himself at a party where secrets come to light, leading to a chaotic chase through the streets of Delhi. This tumult escalates when gunfire erupts, intertwining his professional and personal dilemmas in a dangerous climax.

After an unfortunate turn of events, Nitin ends up in the hospital, where he inadvertently discovers that the package is still intact and undelivered. This revelation comes with its own set of complications as the timelines converge.

Upon returning home with the undelivered package, Nitin has an unexpected encounter with Cowboy, who recognizes the diamonds hidden inside. The tension reaches a boiling point, and Cowboy orders the elimination of Tashi and his friends.
