Malcolm “Mace” Douglas (Ed Marinaro) is a tough detective who will stop at nothing for justice. He probes a series of heroin overdoses among four dancers, exposing a hidden drug‑and‑arms ring. As he pieces the puzzle, Mace hunts a serial killer (Rick Washburn) tied to a ruthless foreign diplomat (Harry Goz), pitting the FBI and KGB in a showdown.
