The film opens with the gruesome discovery of 15-year-old Samiksha's corpse, who was brutally murdered. Her body is found, setting the tone for the investigation that follows. This event reveals the brutality of the killer and sparks concern among the community and police authorities.

Arjan Sethi, an aspiring filmmaker with a fascination for psychopaths, becomes an SI in the Himachal Pradesh Police after facing multiple rejections and family pressure. He moves in with his sister Seema, her family, and begins his new role, despite lacking police experience. His motivation is driven by his desire to make a film on psychopaths.

Arjan starts investigating the abduction of a schoolgirl named Amrita. He notices similarities between her case and that of Samiksha, particularly the mutilations on a doll found at Amrita's house. However, his superiors dismiss his findings, delaying progress in the case.

A few days later, Amrita's mutilated corpse is found, confirming Arjan's suspicions about a serial killer. The evidence suggests the killer's modus operandi matches that of Samiksha's murderer, intensifying the urgency of the investigation.

Another hearing-impaired girl named Komal is abducted and killed, adding to the growing list of victims. The police team links these murders to the previous cases, recognizing a pattern that points toward a serial killer targeting vulnerable girls.

Arjan traces the abduction to teacher Purushottam Tomar, a pedophile who forces girls into sexual acts. When Arjan attempts to get a confession, Tomar denies murder but admits to being a predator. Arjan shoots and kills Tomar during the arrest to prevent him from escaping.

On her birthday, Payal, Arjan's niece, is abducted. Despite his efforts, her body is found in their car trunk two days later. The loss devastates Arjan, who feels responsible and overwhelmed by grief and guilt.

Due to his negligence in using his weapon during Tomar's arrest, Arjan is suspended from the police force. This setback fuels his determination to continue the investigation unofficially, with help from fellow policemen like Head Constable Mahinder Guleria.

Arjan uncovers a clue from Komal’s hearing aid that leads him to Agnes, a magician and pianist. He finds that she calls and kills her victims, targeting girls in her performances at schools, with the next victim being Aisha. Despite surveillance, Agnes manages to abduct Aisha.

Arjan traces Agnes to an abandoned building and discovers she is actually a man named Christopher, who has progeria and was bullied as a child. Christopher reveals that Agnes was his mother, and that he was inspired by her to continue killing girls who reminded him of Sofia, the girl he loved and was betrayed by.

Arjan and Christopher fight, but thanks to Iti’s help, Arjan manages to subdue Christopher. The murderer is caught and killed, bringing the serial killings to an end. The film concludes with Arjan and Divya walking away from the scene, reflecting on the case.
