In the lead-up to Halloween on Mars, Faye Valentine witnesses a catastrophic explosion of a tanker truck. This violent blast, caused by an unidentified terrorist, triggers chaos and evacuations as its shockwaves ripple across the area.

In response to the crisis, the Martian government announces a staggering 300-million Woolong bounty for the capture of the terrorist responsible. This decision attracts the attention of the Bebop crew, eager for the lucrative bounty.

Faye and Edward work together and successfully uncover the identity of the terrorist as Vincent Volaju. Once a soldier presumed dead, Vincent is found to have survived an incident on Titan, which has left him with disturbing hallucinations.

Jet takes it upon himself to delve deeper into the nature of the pathogen. His investigation reveals that it is actually a bio-weapon developed illegally by Cherious Medical, uncovering a dark conspiracy at play.

While pursuing Vincent, Spike encounters Elektra Ovilo, an agent tied to Cherious Medical. Their meeting unveils a deeper connection to the terrorist, revealing her past relationship with Vincent.

Spike attempts to apprehend Vincent on a train, but the confrontation turns deadly. Vincent unleashes a new wave of animations, resulting in a tragic loss of life among the passengers, sparing only Elektra.

Surviving the train attack, Elektra makes a courageous decision to provide a blood sample to a trusted colleague at Cherious Medical. This act leads to the creation of a vaccine against the deadly pathogen.

Vincent reveals his ultimate plan to wreak havoc during the Mars Halloween parade. He has designed massive jack-o'-lantern-shaped balloons filled with the animations, intending to decimate the population.

In a race against time, Jet enlists a group of elderly crop-duster pilots to disperse the vaccine from the air. This unconventional strategy is key to counteracting Vincent's impending attack.

Faye takes control of Mars' weather system to ensure effective delivery of the vaccine. By triggering a rainstorm, she maximizes the spread of the vaccine across the city, aiding in protecting the citizens.

As the parade kicks off, Spike confronts Vincent in a fierce battle. The skirmish pushes both men to their limits, but during the fight, Spike receives a dose of the vaccine, giving him a fighting chance.
