The 1970s Seoul boom ends abruptly as a massive disaster collapses the city into gray dust. Min-sung wakes inside the surviving Hwang Gung Apartments to a world with no power, water, or communication. The once thriving metropolis lies in ruins around the lone, partially standing complex.
