In a bustling nightclub, a notorious drug dealer enjoys the company of multiple women. His mood quickly changes when one of his henchmen introduces him to a stunning young woman who seeks drugs, leading to an unexpected and deadly encounter.

After returning to a run-down apartment, the young woman catches the dealer off guard by revealing a sawed-off shotgun hidden in her macrame purse. In a shocking twist, she blasts his head off, marking the beginning of a violent pursuit for revenge.

The dealer's henchman, lost in a drug haze, is confronted by the woman who introduces herself as Coffin. She reveals that her sister is in the hospital due to tainted heroin, prompting Coffin to force the henchman to take another hit, leading to his demise.
