Cinderella

At the ball, the Prince participates in a wild, multi-person party and searches for meaning beyond mere revelry. He grows bored with the other women until he encounters Cinderella, whose transformed appearance captivates him. He falls in love but cannot learn her identity before midnight.

When the clock strikes midnight, Cinderella rushes away with the Fairy Godmother guiding her escape. The magic fades, and the Prince joins the pursuit, determined to find his mysterious beloved.

The next day, the Prince travels the kingdom to identify his beloved by meeting every eligible woman he can find. The search is exhausting, and he is brought to Cinderella's doorstep in a spent state, hoping for one last clue.

Cinderella reveals her identity to the Prince, aided by the earlier magical sign that helped him recognize her. The Prince declares his love and invites her to the palace, setting the stage for a royal future.

The Prince learns the Fairy Godmother was the one who enabled the transformation and, after a moment of danger, pardons him and offers him a place in court. Cinderella quickly informs the Prince of the truth about the Fairy Godmother’s theft and his royal decision.
