The film opens by showcasing the vibrant kids of Chandan Nagar Society who form a unique cricket team called the Chillar Party. Each member has a distinct nickname, showcasing their individual traits, including Akram, Encyclopedia, and Silencer, setting the stage for their lively interactions and adventures.

The Chillar Party faces off against an oversized rival cricket team, where their consistent defeats fuel their determination. They also contend with a mischievous dog named Loose Motion that causes chaos, adding to their challenges.

When the kids feel defeated, Lucky Singh, also known as Panauti, reassures them with his ominous words that no other dog would enter their society. This statement inadvertently foreshadows upcoming conflicts and sets a tone of impending challenges.

The arrival of Fatka, a car washer, and his dog Bhidu shifts the dynamic in the society. The Chillar Party attempts to initiate a rivalry by pulling pranks on Fatka to prevent him from entering their circle, showcasing their resistance to change.
