Arjun is an immature 27-year-old who resists marriage as his parents push him toward it. He claims to be a fan of Salman Khan and a devotee of Lord Hanuman, which his family uses to frame his reluctance as pride. His parents begin arranging a match to force him toward settling down.

Arjun’s mother quietly arranges a home-based match with a 24-year-old girl named Anjali. Arjun resists, unsure about marriage and about meeting someone new. Anjali becomes part of the meeting, where her mother reveals the arrangement.

Anjali explains her family’s struggles after her father’s death: her mother Latha suffers from bipolar disorder, making her emotional and unstable. Anjali is the sole breadwinner, supporting her sister and grandmother. The family’s hardships include a difficult marriage market and a cautious uncle in Vijayawada.

Listening to Anjali’s story, Arjun begins to empathize with her. They exchange stories about failed relationships and their own interests, finding some common ground and a sense of connection.

Anjali waves goodbye after their first meeting, and Arjun consoles her. They hint at taking the proposal seriously and agree to discuss it further, signaling a possible shift from resistance to consideration.

That night, Anjali's mother is rushed to hospital after a blood-pressure crisis. A delivery boy uses the chaos to break in and steal valuables, adding to the danger. Arjun offers a ride to the hospital and accompanies Anjali through the emergency.

At the hospital, authorities suspect Arjun amid chaotic investigations. In a bid to protect Anjali, Arjun takes the blame for a murder, effectively making himself a suspect. Meanwhile, the delivery boy is believed dead and a tense ransom plot ensues.

The investigation reveals the delivery boy is alive and uses this to extort money, complicating the case. The constable reveals a familial link, and Arjun and Anjali are released as they are declared innocent. Anjali’s feelings for Arjun deepen after the ordeal.

Back at the hospital and around the family, Arjun’s mature support earns Anjali’s trust and admiration. Their bond grows as they witness each other’s resilience and kindness.

At night, Arjun visits Sujit to fetch orange juice for Anjali's ailing grandmother, waking the sleepy friend. The mission triggers a comic clash with the meddlesome neighbor before Sujit finally delivers the juice.

Anjali's uncle visits and explains how Anjali took on family responsibilities since age 14, pursuing education and independence. He admires her strength but notes the burden she has shouldered. This adds depth to Arjun’s growing respect for her.

Anjali’s mother regains consciousness and is glad the match is moving forward. She reassures Arjun that she won’t be a burden, and Arjun promises she will remain a source of strength for the family.

In a private moment, Arjun confesses that he is not a virgin, and Anjali accepts him with an open heart. Their relationship deepens as they decide to marry.

Arjun takes Anjali to the temple for a spontaneous wedding early in the morning. Anjali initially hesitates but warms to the idea as she realizes her love for him. The families celebrate as the couple ties the knot.

Back at the hospital, Sujit wakes in the ICU and surprises everyone, while Arjun and Anjali’s families celebrate the marriage. The film ends with the newlyweds embarking on Arjun’s dream life together, now supported by his wife.
