Charlie Strap and Froggy Ball Flying High

A strange signal is spotted over the treetops above Charlie Strapp and Froggy Ball's forest. Tin-Can Harry quickly crafts binoculars to inspect the source. The friends decide to set out on an expedition to rescue whoever is sending the signal.

They stumble upon the pine cone people and meet King Cone, Queen Cone, and Princess Cone Green. The cone royalty explains that the signal originated from their forest and welcomes the travelers as allies. The friends form a budding alliance with the Cone community.

From the treetop, three evil businessmen from Tonto-Turbo arrive by helicopter with plans to tear down a huge part of the forest. The Cone people reveal the threat and brace for conflict. The travelers prepare to defend the forest against the incursion.

Connie ends up joining the helicopter crew with the villains. Charlie Strapp and Froggy cling to the landing skids and fall into a lake, but Charlie's tailcoat acts as a makeshift parachute. Froggy learns to steer by pulling the tails, and they safely land on a waiting steamboat.

They reunite with Tin-Can Harry and Polly on the steamboat as it heads toward Mariefred. They learn the businessmen are bound for Gripsholm Castle to implement their plan. The group resolves to reach the castle first and stop them.

At Gripsholm Castle, the plan unfolds: move the ancient fortress, replace walls and floors with glass, and hack authorities with a floppy disk. Connie, hiding in a briefcase, attempts to steal the disk but fails and ends up in the castle well. Tin-Can Harry rescues them, foiling the capture.

The businessmen depart by helicopter and head toward Ericsson Globe. Tin-Can Harry calculates their route and returns to the cone forest with Cone Green to warn the others. The team prepares for a confrontation in the city.

In the city, Charlie Strapp and Froggy Ball approach Ericsson Globe and confront the globe-bound men, but they are laughed at and dismissed. The tension builds as the villains loom closer to carrying out their plan. They vow to follow and stop them.

The businessmen sneak away to the Nobel party they were invited to attend. Charlie and Froggy remain in the office area, trying to determine which floppy disk is real. Froggy ends up inside a computer game, and Charlie has to steer him to safety with a joystick; soon a man returns and takes the correct disk.

A submarine suddenly surfaces, and Tin-Can Harry and Connie return to join the mission. They smuggle themselves into the Nobel party by hiding in the dessert—the ice cream parade. The plan intensifies as the heroes prepare to expose the villains’ scheme.

Froggy Ball delivers a speech accusing the Tonto-Turbo men of their schemes, shocking the attendees. The villains attempt to capture the two friends amid the chaos. Phil the Fox arrives and creates a distraction, enabling the escape and Connie’s retrieval of the disk.

The disk is recaptured by the businessmen, but an army of cones arrives and chases them into the water. The Parrot drops the disk into the water during the pursuit, complicating the villains’ plans. The cone forces rally to drive them away.

Back in the cone forest, Froggy is awarded a prize by the Cone Minister of Flower Pots. The businessmen receive a new, unlikely job—shaving sheep—as punishment and demotion. Peace returns to the forest as the heroes are celebrated.

The forest is saved and the friends celebrate their victory with the Cone people. The human world and the forest community begin to coexist peacefully, with new roles and respect for the forest’s inhabitants. The story closes on a hopeful note for all involved.
