Just as one of the men retrieves the disk, a submarine surfaces, and Tin-Can Harry, Connie, and the Cone forest crew reappear, slipping into the party by hiding inside a dessert—an ice cream parade that doubles as a clever disguise.
Inside the celebration, Froggy Ball delivers a public speech that exposes the men from Tonto-Turbo, triggering chaos and a desperate chase.
