A diverse group of tourists—a state senator, a park ranger who once loved her, a cantankerous professor, and an escaped convict—become trapped deep within the caverns of an unnamed national park. After a brief rescue, the cavern collapses again, forcing them to confront danger and each other in a desperate struggle for survival.
