Casper’s Haunted Christmas

After a frightening spree at a drive-in, Casper's Ghostly Trio confront him, but Officer Snivel informs him that his scare quota is down. The Trio steal Snivel's whistle and blow it, summoning Kibosh.

Kibosh explains that Casper must scare one person per year to fulfill his obligation. He warns that human fear alone doesn't count and threatens to banish them to The Dark if he fails.
