Case of Kondana

Wilson, newly recruited and bribed into the police, struggles to align his ambition with integrity. He still owes a portion of the bribe to his contact, a weight that shadows every choice he makes. The tension between duty and the debt drives his early decisions at Kondana station.

ACP Lakshmi leads a grim investigation into a series of brutal murders that stun the nation. The brutality hits close to home, especially a case that orphaned a young girl, adding personal pressure to the case. The investigation tightens with each brutal clue.

Raju, a North Indian street vendor in Kondana, fights to keep his family afloat as his son's illness drains the limited resources. The medical bill of Rs. 500,000 looms threateningly over their small stall. He borrows whatever he can, hoping for relief before it's too late.

The police identify the killer as the feared gangster Selvan. During a raid, Selvan appears ready to surrender, but Lakshmi shoots him dead, triggering a dangerous new wave of consequences. The killing escalates the citywide tension and stirs a vengeful response.

Selvan's brother swears vengeance, vowing to wipe out those who killed his sibling. The threat of retaliation casts a dark shadow over the investigation. The cycle of violence begins to ripple through Kondana.

One night, Wilson is involved in a minor accident near Raju's stall and sits nearby wounded, an enormous bribe sum in his possession. Raju notices the cash and decides to seize it to save his son. Wilson confronts him; a brutal struggle ends with Wilson inadvertently killing Raju.

A patrol car passes by, and Tyagaraj and his partner investigate but don't recognize Wilson at first due to his cover. They depart, but Tyagaraj senses something off and returns to unravel the scene. Wilson flees, realizing loose ends must be disposed of.

Subhash spots Wilson in the field, notices blood, and recalls seeing him with a large petrol tank. He tailors his investigation, following Wilson as suspicion grows. The net tightens around Wilson as he tries to cover his tracks.

Wilson reaches a remote field, intending to burn Raju's body. Subhash intervenes and Wilson confesses his guilt. Tyagaraj and his partner confront them, leading to a struggle that topples a petrol tank and ignites a blaze. Subhash, Tyagaraj, and the partner are killed in the fire while Wilson escapes.

Back at the hospital, Raju's wife arrives with their son, only to learn that Raju has died from his illness after the delay. Lakshmi, enraged by the murders and the cover-up, vows to hunt the killer in the same spot—no matter how hidden he is. The investigation gears up with renewed determination.

The police quickly learn of the officers' deaths and Raju's murder. Lakshmi pushes for justice while Wilson tries to erase CCTV footage, destroy evidence, and tamper with the autopsy report to prevent identification. The concealment gives him a false sense of security as the net tightens.

A deeper dive into Raju's wife's account and the autopsy discrepancies leads Lakshmi to question the official narrative. A careful review of Wilson's phone history confirms his presence at the field. The pieces come together, and guilt weighs heavily on him.

Overwhelmed by guilt and the risk to others, Wilson decides to surrender. He understands that his life and the lives of his family, and Lakshmi's, hang in the balance. The decision marks a turning point as he heads toward accountability.

Lakshmi orders Wilson to be brought to the field for justice, but Selvan's brother and his gang launch a fierce attack in that same spot. A brutal battle ensues, Lakshmi is wounded, and Wilson summons a last surge of resolve to fight back. He kills the remaining attackers and saves Lakshmi from a deadly fate.
