Care Bears: Oopsy Does It!

While painting the Funderbolt tracks, Oopsy finishes only part and slips into the fresh paint, riding the entire ride by himself. The ride becomes a chaotic sequence of jolts that sets off a chain of mishaps on the way to the grand opening. His friends worry about repairing the disaster in time.

Oopsy feels guilty for the chaos he caused and vows to help fix things. Funshine suggests placing signs around Care-a-Lot to remind everyone about safety. Cheer gives Oopsy a special whistle to call for help if trouble returns.

Meanwhile, Grizzle conceives a plan to conquer Care-a-Lot by building a rival ride, the CareTaker, capable of stealing belly badges. He decrees that three ingredients are needed: a smiling sun, a crying stormcloud, and a rainbow. He dispatches Wingnut to Care-a-Lot to gather them.

Wingnut encounters Oopsy and the two become allies. He escorts Oopsy toward Grizzle's lair to begin collecting the required ingredients. Oopsy is drawn into Grizzle's scheme.

Grizzle explains that the CareTaker needs sunshine, stormcloud, and a rainbow to function. Oopsy discovers the rainbow must be real, not just painted on his backside, and the quest tests his resolve. Wingnut stays by his side as they prepare to return.

Oopsy and Wingnut bring back the sun and stormcloud to Care-a-Lot, but Grizzle remains disappointed by the painted rainbow. He demands Cheer’s rainbow and forces Oopsy to call Cheer with a whistle. Cheer arrives to confront the plan.

Grizzle colors the CareTaker with Cheer’s rainbow, then invites Cheer to ride it to test its power. Cheer rides the CareTaker and the rainbow symbol seemingly disappears, revealing Grizzle's control. Grizzle loses his metallic suit in the struggle and locks Oopsy and Cheer in a slammer.

Oopsy finds a tool, uses it to free himself and Cheer from the slammer, and WooHoo World opens for business. The park's renewed energy signals a turning point as the Care Bears prepare to defend their home.

Grizzle steals all the Care Bears’ belly badges and stores them in a translucent ball, announcing his aim to conquer Care-a-Lot with belly badge magic. The Care Bears must regroup and recover the badges to restore harmony. Wingnut commits to staying with the Care Bears.

Grizzle’s attempt to use the belly badge magic fails for him, proving the magic works only for Care Bears and those who care. Oopsy points out the rule and helps rally the team. The magic returns to the bears and the badges are restored to everyone except Oopsy, who drew his own.

Grizzle tries to destroy the magic ball with the CareTaker, but his plan backfires as teamwork and caring restore the badges. The bears join hands to remember who they are and rekindle their powers. Wingnut chooses to stay with the Care Bears while Grizzle is sent to his lair.

The next day, WooHoo World reopens with renewed energy and the Care Bears celebrate. Grumpy unveils a corkscrew ride named 'Oopsy Loopsy' in honor of Oopsy’s mishap that sparked the adventure. The film ends with the Care Bears enjoying the park alongside Wingnut and some riders of the Funderbolt.
