Amarnath and his college friends organize a reunion after several years. [Amarnath] lives with his wife, Chitra, and their son, Vijay, who is also his closest friend. The gathering sets the stage for old bonds to be tested, old jokes to resurface, and new feelings to emerge amid the familiar backdrop of their shared past.

Vijay is in love with his childhood friend, Kaveri, Kaveri, the daughter of Vishwanath, a man living in Switzerland who doesn’t show him much warmth. The reunion atmosphere becomes crowded with hidden longing, as Vijay quietly carries the weight of a secret crush that he’s not sure he should pursue.

During a drag racing contest, Vijay steps in to save Nisha from a rival gang, and she falls for him. He treats her as a good friend and continues with the complicated web of loyalties surrounding his family and friends. Nisha’s feelings complicate the quiet equilibrium of the group, adding pressure to Vijay’s already conflicted heart.

Nisha’s father retaliates by kidnapping Vijay’s friends, and to rescue them, he fabricates a love story. He concocts a tale about Kaveri, his own lover who supposedly landed in a coma because of him, a plot twist inspired by the film 50 First Dates. The ruse is meant to provoke sympathy and manipulate the situation, dragging everyone deeper into a maze of deception and emotion.

Vijay to win over Kaveri faces fresh hurdles as Rishi, the son of a family friend and Vishwanath’s ally, is also in the mix. Rishi is well-regarded by Vishwanath and has his own feelings for Kaveri, which complicates Vijay’s mission to be honest about his heart. At the same time, Vijay manages to bring Priya, daughter of another family friend, together with her lover, a small victory that momentarily softens the tensions surrounding the reunion and earns a smile from Kaveri.

Ice begins to melt slowly as the truth behind the tangled relationships starts to emerge. Nisha, realizing the real stakes, resolves to seek revenge. A plan by Rishi’s associates to harm Vijay escalates into a violent confrontation that results in Amarnath getting an electric shock during the crisis. In that heated moment, Vijay confronts Rishi and his friends, delivering a beat-down that shocks Amar and pushes the family toward a breaking point.

With tempers flying and loyalties tested, Amar banishes Vijay from the house. Before Vijay leaves, his mother reveals a crucial detail: Vishwanath wants Kaveri to marry Rishi, a decision that would cement the family’s alliances and push Vijay out of the way. Seeing this as a threat to the bond that has held their circle together, Amar uses the conflict as a pretext to sever ties, and Vijay accepts the parental choice, stepping away from the home he loves.

On the road, Vijay crosses paths with Kaveri again, and she openly reciprocates his feelings. Yet he walks away without revealing himself or voicing his true emotions, leaving a crestfallen Kaveri to grapple with the sudden turn of events and the looming prospect of an arranged match with Rishi. Vishwanath finally acknowledges his mistake and signals a change of heart, deciding that Vijay should be his chosen son-in-law instead, which unsettles the already tense family dynamics.

The drama intensifies when Nisha’s father arrives at the climactic moment, kidnapping Kaveri once more. Amar finds Vijay waiting at a bus stop and drives him straight into danger’s heart, taking him to the gang’s hideout to resolve the crisis. In a tense, decisive showdown, Vijay overpowers the criminals, frees Kaveri, and reunites her with his family, reaffirming the enduring bond that first brought them together and setting the stage for a new chapter in their lives.
