Blumhouse's Fantasy Island

The film opens with a frantic escape by a blonde woman who is being pursued by armed men in black ops gear. She runs through the woods, desperate for safety, and manages to break into a beautiful Tiki-style mansion that overlooks a beach.

Inside the mansion, the woman answers a ringing phone and speaks to a calm voice. The voice, revealing himself as a man named Roarke, coolly addresses her as Mrs. Maddison, raising immediate questions about her identity and situation.

Before the woman can grasp the situation, the armed men storm into the room. They seize her and drag her away, pulling her further into the unknown as she realizes her desperation may have put her in even greater danger.

The scene shifts to the next morning, introducing Julia, a woman in a pristine white dress with a name tag. She excitedly informs Mr. Roarke about the incoming guests, hinting at the rituals of the island.
