Americans on a Caribbean vacation take a nighttime tour of a nearby island, where they witness a local voodoo ritual. Shortly after, they become stranded and are stalked by unseen attackers. As each tourist meets a violent end, they encounter the island’s warped attractions—toe‑tapping machete dances, zombie‑style cosmetic surgery, and even air‑conditioned tiger pits—turning the getaway into a nightmarish, over‑the‑top horror thriller.
