An injured man finds himself being pursued through a dark wood, with his assailant relentless in the hunt. He struggles to stay ahead of his pursuer but ultimately succumbs to the attacker.

After a tense confrontation, the injured man refuses to reveal the whereabouts of a missing woman. In a cruel twist of fate, he is buried alive by his pursuer, sealing his dreadful fate in silence.

Police officer Martín Salas starts his first night shift driving a transport vehicle with his partner, Officer Montesinos. As they begin their journey, tension arises when Montesinos humiliates the prisoners during the transfer.

As Martín and Montesinos navigate through thick fog, they lose sight of the accompanying police car and radio communication. Suddenly, their transport vehicle hits a spiked strip, halting their progress and initiating chaos.

Montesinos exits the vehicle to investigate the cause of the halt but fails to return. Martín ventures out only to stumble upon the grisly scene of Montesinos dead and the overturned police car with its officers lifeless inside.

As Martín assesses the situation, a sniper begins shooting at him, resulting in a gunshot wound to his leg. He manages to seek refuge in the transport vehicle's prisoner compartment but faces imminent danger when one of the prisoners attacks him.

Martín defends himself against the attacking prisoner and gains control of his weapon. However, the situation worsens when gasoline is poured into the cells, igniting the flames and forcing Martín to rescue the trapped inmates.

As the freed prisoners begin to panic, they hear a chilling message through the intercom, claiming Martín's gun is empty. This message escalates chaos as prisoner Nano asserts dominance and begins taking control of the situation.

Nano leads the prisoners in a struggle for possession of Martín's keys, ultimately swallowing the vital key. The hijacker, Miguel García, takes command of the transport vehicle, threatening dire consequences if his demands aren’t met.

As the transport truck travels on, the prisoners plot their escape while Miguel drives aggressively. A former band member of Martín's joins him in facing the life-threatening situation, with Molina discovering Miguel's connection to the case.

Montesinos, now recovered, chases after Miguel in a frantic attempt to save his daughter, but the chase ends tragically when he is forced off the road. The danger culminates when the vehicle swerves, leading to further fatal consequences for those aboard.

In a perilous moment, Miguel drives the transport onto a frozen lake, shooting the ice to force the vehicle to sink. This treacherous decision puts both the prisoners and himself in grave danger as they battle for survival.

Amidst the chaos, Martín interrogates Nano about Miguel's daughter. When pressured, Nano reveals the shocking truth regarding her tragic fate, cementing the personal stakes of the confrontation.

As the situation escalates, Martín intervenes to prevent Miguel from enacting revenge against Nano. In a physical struggle for a shotgun, Martín compromises by wounding Nano to extract the truth about Miguel’s daughter’s burial.

With the arrival of a police rescue helicopter signaling hope, Martín takes a moment at the police station to gather his belongings. This emotional farewell signifies his likely departure from the police force after a harrowing night.
