Baron Blood

Peter Kleist lands in Austria and is greeted by his uncle, Karl Hummel. Karl invites him to stay at his house as they begin to uncover Peter's family history.

Karl recounts the grim history of Baron Otto Von Kleist, known as Baron Blood, who tortured and murdered villagers. He mentions Elizabeth Hölle, a witch whose curse is said to allow the Baron to rise from the dead for revenge.

Peter convinces Karl to take him to the old castle, hoping to trace his ancestor's footsteps. The castle is being renovated into a hotel for tourists.

During a castle tour, they meet Dortmundt, the entrepreneur behind the hotel project, and Eva, Karl's former student tasked with protecting the castle's original architecture. Eva vows to prevent lasting changes to the building.

Against Karl's warnings, Peter and Eva read the incantation from an ancient document in the castle's bell tower. The clock tolls two, the hour of the Baron's murder, as heavy footsteps approach from outside.

In the castle's woods, the Baron emerges from his grave and visits a doctor who treats his wounds. When the doctor suggests calling an ambulance, the Baron stabs him to death with a scalpel.

The next morning, Peter and Eva confess their actions to Karl, who remains skeptical. The Baron secretly enters the castle, killing Dortmundt and later Fritz, the caretaker, causing the restoration project to collapse and the property to go up for auction.

Alfred Becker, a wheelchair-bound millionaire, purchases the castle and offers Eva a job helping restore it. She accepts, hoping to influence its future while preserving some of its original character.

Later, the Baron assaults Eva in a castle corridor; Peter intervenes and saves her. After the assault, Eva quits her job to seek a fresh start elsewhere.

That evening, Eva returns to her apartment and finds the Baron waiting for her. She escapes through a window and seeks shelter at Karl's home.

Karl, Peter, and Eva visit Christina, a local medium, who conjures Elizabeth Hölle's spirit and gives them a magic amulet. Christina warns that only those who raised the Baron can destroy him; soon after, the Baron kills Christina.

Gretchen, Karl's daughter, is tormented by the Baron in the woods and later identifies Alfred Becker as the Baron when she encounters him at the castle. The trio confronts Becker in the castle, where he demonstrates a gruesome setup and overpowers them, torturing them in a torture chamber.

The amulet and Eva's blood on Fritz's body trigger the revival of Baron's victims, empowering them to rise from their coffins. The undead attack the Baron and tear him apart, freeing Peter, Eva, and Karl to escape as the Baron's screams echo into the night.
