Barney and his friends step onto the stage at Radio City Music Hall to delight and entertain the audience. Together they plan a special surprise using items from the Barney Bag, but just as they are about to unveil it, a new visitor named the Winkster sneaks off with the bag, prompting a lively chase to retrieve it.
