After narrowly escaping a suicide attempt by train, Ronny — an Air Force officer — is admitted to the hospital. His older brother Jeetu visits, and months into his recovery we see Ronny with some hair but still marked by half-bald patches and lingering shadows in his mind. To help ease his stress, Jeetu brings in a sex worker named Olivia. What starts as a temporary arrangement gradually shifts as Olivia’s facade peels away and she reveals herself as Prathista. The two begin dating, and Ronny revisits memories of his past relationship with Alisha D’Souza. He clings to a missing CD that supposedly holds their memories, only to find it empty; he accuses Jeetu, who denies involvement and ends up arrested. In the present, the ACP of police is brought in, and Ronny recounts the full arc of his life, laying bare a history that blurs the lines between memory and illusion.
In the past, Ronny was a wing commander in the Air Force who met Alisha after a tense moment where he breaks her phone while pursuing a goon, an incident that seeds a misunderstanding but does not stop their budding romance. Alisha is a doctor, and the two fall in love as their worlds briefly align. Meanwhile, Jeetu works as an operator and has a volatile streak, reacting harshly to provocations. The couple’s happiness is shattered by a car accident, and Alisha dies, leaving Ronny to linger in a hospital that holds the ache of loss.
In the present, the ACP comes to verify the story and the night’s events, only to uncover more questions: no one else is found driving the car that night except Ronny. He encounters Alisha’s sister Catherine, who claims to be Priyanka Shetty, though that identity proves to be a lie. When Ronny shows the cops a grave, it turns out to be the grave of an old woman, not his beloved. Olivia becomes a key ally, bailing him out as he struggles to separate reality from manipulation. His path crosses with assassins in an old warehouse, where he confronts and ends them with brutal force. A massive painting of him and Alisha appears, stirring a mix of triumph and dread as he suspects a powerful, wealthy man is orchestrating the whole scenario. The truth finally emerges: a wealthy man named Chacko funded this elaborate scheme to compel Ronny into a controlled hallucination, blurring the line between memory and manipulation and trapping him in a distorted reality.
