In Tirunelveli, the feud between Gunasekaran's family and the Dhanushkodi–Rajadurai faction takes root after a public clash over illicit liquor and pride. The humiliation on both sides hardens the resolve to settle scores, setting the town on a path of long-running conflict.

Gunasekaran and Kalpana prepare to marry, but the schemes of Dhanushkodi and Rajadurai spoil the celebration and humiliate the couple. The town bears witness to a rift that pushes the families toward years of animosity.

Rajadurai resolves to target Kalpana as a way to hurt Gunasekaran and intensify the feud. He crafts schemes to undermine her influence and destabilize their world.

The temple wedding day arrives, with Rajadurai in disguise carrying a thaali to force a marriage. Kalpana resists, but the plan presses forward, enabling him to pursue and threaten her.

Kalpana escapes the initial confrontation and runs, but Rajadurai relentlessly pursues her. In a climactic roadblock scene, he forcibly ties the thaali around Kalpana's neck.

In a defensive clash, Prabhakaran defeats Rajadurai to protect Kalpana. The town reels from the violence, and Kalpana's psyche begins to fracture under the trauma.

Memories surface for Prabhakaran, and Devasena vows to take revenge on him. She begins plotting a counter-move, enlisting help from her uncle Dhanushkodi.

Thanthoni disguises himself as a preacher to manipulate events and aid Prabhakaran's strategy. He uses his disguise to intimidate a minister and facilitate the plan against Devasena.

Kalpana remains locked up in Dhanushkodi's house, but a disturbance helps her regain consciousness. Separately, Prabhakaran executes a rescue operation to save Gayathri's father from Dhanushkodi.

Prabhakaran disrupts the wedding at the house and, at the crucial moment, ties the Thaali around Gayathri's neck. This act marks a turning point in the feud and reframes the battles ahead.

Dhanushkodi attempts to kill Devasena and frames it as a suicide, but Kalpana steps in to assist Devasena. The intervention shifts the balance of power and raises the stakes for everyone involved.

Gunasekaran, Karunakaran, and Prabhakaran unite to take down Dhanushkodi and the lingering threats. Their combined effort defeats the conspirators, restoring a fragile peace to the families.

With the feud resolved, the four couples celebrate their first night together. The scene marks a hopeful, if tentative, new chapter for everyone.
