Viswam and Vasundhara dedicate themselves to educating illiterate forest dwellers and improving their livelihoods. They travel through the forest, teaching literacy and basic skills to uplift the village economy. Their mission frames the film's social core and sets up the conflict with exploitation nearby.

The local villain Appala Naidu preys on the villagers, buying their products cheaply and selling them for profit in the town. He sees the education drive as a threat to his control and wealth. His schemes plant the seeds for later conflict.

Viswam and Vasundhara help the villagers recognize the value of their products. The community begins selling directly in the town, cutting out the middleman and increasing incomes. This shift provokes Appala Naidu to intensify his pressure.

Appala Naidu tries to drag the villagers into his exploitative scheme. When they refuse, he decides to eliminate the idealistic couple to silence their influence. The threat of violence escalates the central conflict.

To remove the obstacle, Appala Naidu frames Viswam for the murder of a tribal man and has him arrested. Vasundhara is forced to flee with their baby Kalidasu. The justice system appears corrupted by the villain's influence.

Vasundhara escapes into the forest with her baby Kalidasu, hoping to shield him from the villain's reach. She hides him among the trees and animals, seeking a safer future. The forest becomes their unlikely sanctuary.

Kalidasu is discovered by an elephant and raised among the forest's creatures. He grows up learning to survive in the wild and begins to form a deep kinship with nature. The elephant's care shapes his early identity away from human society.

Years later, Radhika and her friends enter the forest and are attacked by Appala Naidu's goons. Kalidasu saves her, forging a bond that becomes a romantic connection. She feels drawn to the mysterious guardian of the woods.

Kalidasu returns a lost radio to Radhika, which deepens their connection and leads to love. She continues to search for him, drawn by his courage and gentleness. Their romance drives a new personal stake in the story.

Radhika faces danger from a tiger and a crocodile, and Kalidasu rescues her from both threats. Their bond grows as he proves his protective abilities. The forest proves a perilous but romantic backdrop for their relationship.

A group of poachers tries to capture the elephant but Kalidasu thwarts them. In retaliation, the poachers frame him for the murder of a police officer, leading to his arrest. The misunderstanding escalates the conflict to legal realms.

While in jail, Vasundhara recognizes Kalidasu as her son thanks to a tattoo of a Sivalingam on his shoulder. The reunion remains impossible at first because he cannot communicate, heightening the emotional tension. This recognition becomes a turning point for their bond.

Kalidasu escapes from jail and defeats the police, reclaiming his freedom. He is finally reunited with Vasundhara, who vows to educate him and help him pursue justice. The escape marks a turning point toward reclaiming his identity.

Under Vasundhara's guidance, Kalidasu transforms into a legitimate man ready to face the corrupt system. He commits to education, justice, and revenge against Appala Naidu. The film closes with the two preparing to confront the villain.

Kalidasu, now grown and educated, steps into a future where he can right the wrongs done to the villagers. Vasundhara supports his mission to educate and reform, promising a future where exploitation is confronted by rightful action.
