In Mumbai, Vishi, a small-time crook, begins a romance with Khushi. He is willing to do anything for money, but his feelings start to complicate his life. This seed drives many later choices.

Vishi publicly beats up a street gangster, signaling his boldness and willingness to take risks for money. The same gangster later brutalizes Vishi, and the truth emerges that the one who was beaten was Jai—Vishi's lookalike—leaving both men battered and under suspicion.

ACP Shirke chases Vishi after the public confrontation. Vishi makes a narrow escape, continuing to dodge capture. The pursuit heightens the tension between law enforcement and the impersonation plot.

Shirke arrests Jai and hands him over to a gang led by Pedro. Jai single-handedly kills the gang, revealing that he is AJ, a professional assassin. The revelation reshapes the characters' understanding of past and present events.

In the past, AJ is Xavier Fonseca’s right-hand man in Bangkok. He rescues Marina from kidnappers, and Marina falls for him, though he is married to Anusha. Xavier plots to force AJ into marrying Marina by harming Anusha, leaving Anusha brutally injured.

After the Bangkok turmoil, Jai escapes to India and oversees Anusha’s medical treatment. He remains devoted to Anusha, who is pregnant and in need of care. The escape sets up the separate strands of past and present that drive the plot.

In present Mumbai, Vishi spots Jai and learns about Xavier Fonseca’s associate. The discovery begins to connect the web of impersonations and long-buried loyalties. This knowledge motivates Vishi to participate in the Bangkok scheme.

Jai asks Vishi to travel to Bangkok disguised as AJ to fool Xavier and Marina while Jai focuses on Anusha’s operation. Vishi agrees and travels to Bangkok with his friend Musa. The plan sets the stage for a high-stakes impersonation.

Shirke discovers AJ’s lookalike and attempts to warn Xavier, but Xavier is murdered in a mysterious, telling fashion that triggers suspicion. The killing disrupts the intended deception and signals that someone is onto them.

Marina tortures Musa to extract information, and Musa reveals that Vishi has been masquerading as AJ. The exposure strains alliances and intensifies Marina’s stance against Vishi. The deception threatens to derail the mission.

Xavier hatches a plan to bring AJ to Bangkok by kidnapping Anusha and her child, forcing AJ into a face-off with him. The move escalates the confrontation and the stakes for everyone involved.

After the Bangkok job, Vishi and AJ switch places at the airport, with Vishi staying in Mumbai and AJ heading back to Bangkok. The swap blurs identities and sow doubt among the allies.

AJ reaches the confrontation spot and eliminates Xavier’s henchmen. In a brutal fight with Marina, Marina is burned and dies, while Xavier is killed. AJ escapes with Anusha, and the child is saved by Robert.

AJ and Vishi finally meet at the airport; Anusha asks Vishi to marry Khushi soon, sealing the futures of those involved in the tangled web of crime and love.
