As Keyshawn embarks on a romantic escapade with Congress security guard Rakeesha, Reverend Norm deals with his own setbacks at a nearby motel.
Meanwhile, Alice waits outside, unaware her uninhibited behavior is about to create a serendipitous encounter with Howard. Their clandestine meeting leads to a deal: Howard will assist Alice with her advocacy for healthcare in exchange for her backing of his Moon-base proposal.
As tensions mount, Pam Hendrickson utilizes the illusion of a Shakira appearance by the Squaw Girls to galvanize her campaign.
