Shiva Ram Pothineni is a bright, carefree young man who champions love marriages and makes it his mission to help couples wed, even when their families resist. His sunny outlook and willingness to step in for others set him apart in a world that often frowns on romance under pressure. On a seemingly ordinary day, a chance encounter on a moving train launches a tangle of misunderstandings that will test his philosophy and his loyalties.

On that train, Shiva notices a bold proposition being voiced from the nearby field by Tanuja Raashii Khanna. In truth, she is only acting as part of an audition, a detail that her friend Rishitha mentioned to her, noting who she had proposed to during the scene. The misfire sparks a chase as Shiva, convinced there is real feeling behind the scene, pursues Tanu to a school where she is rehearsing for theatre. She repeatedly rejects him, leaving Shiva convinced that love has found him in a form he cannot ignore, even as she tries to slip away from his insistence.

Shiva’s persistence soon collides with a dangerous obstacle: Bhoji Reddy’s circle. Bhoji’s men arrive, furious because Shiva had earlier clashed with Bhoji’s son, and they threaten to beat Shiva if Tanu turns away from him. Bhoji makes it clear that if she turns back, he will retaliate; if she does not, he will join her with his men. In this volatile moment, a man’s claim that Tanu has turned back becomes a turning point—yet it’s Abhi, the determined young man played by Abhimanyu Singh abhinayu-singh, who arrives to sweep Tanu away at her wedding, pulling her from the looming confrontation.

As the dust settles, the two men confront one another. Abhi reveals that Tanu had always been a beacon of luck for him and that he wants to marry her. Shiva, torn between guiding her happiness and clashing with Bhoji, ultimately takes Tanu with him, sparking a clash that leaves Bhoji fuming and Abhi pursuing a more precarious path. The pursuit drives the trio toward the coast, and they eventually find themselves in Goa, where the emotional stakes rise. There, Tanu grows fond of Shiva, and she begins to see a future with him.

In Goa, Shiva steps into a dangerous role as he battles goons to safeguard two lovers who are trying to unite against the odds. A serious injury forces a choice: would Tanu choose him, or the path she is already on with the other couple? The moment of truth arrives when Tanu asks Shiva to decide for them, and he makes a selfless stand in favor of the couple’s future. His sacrifice deepens her feelings and brings the couple closer, even as the emotional weight of the situation heavyens the moment.

The story then shifts to a revelation that shakes everyone: Shiva’s father Posani Krishna Murali unveils a painful truth—the boy known as Shiva is really named Ram. The backstory explains that Ram and Shiva were best friends until a tragedy led to Shiva’s suicide, a memory that Ram has carried in silence for years. Ram’s love for a girl who also took her own life adds a layer of risk and devotion to the idea of getting couples married, a debt Ram has gone to great lengths to fulfill. This revelation reframes the choices and loyalties of the people around him, including Tanu.

Hearing the truth, Tanu comes to understand her misjudgments and the sacrifices others have made for her happiness. Bhoji, too, appears to step back, recognizing the futility of his pursuit. Yet the climactic moment leaves Abhi in a state of memory loss, a twist that further complicates the path to a true union.

In the final turn, the film returns to a hopeful note: a chance meeting at a mall where Tanu crosses paths with Ram—now openly embracing his identity as Shiva—and she proposes again. Ram/Shiva accepts, affirming a future built on forgiveness, memory, and a shared belief in love that can overcome even the deepest divides. The story closes on a note of reunion and happiness, with the couple ready to begin their life together, guided by the enduring love that first drew Shiva to Tanu and ultimately brought Ram and Shiva to a shared fate.

The presence of a diverse ensemble, including a group of Swedish Bollywood Dancers featuring performers like Rebecka Andersson rebecka-andersson and others, adds a playful tension to the film’s mood and offers moments of lighthearted escape amid the more emotionally charged turns of the central romance.
