In the heart of South Australia, brothers Reg and Lindsay Morgan operate a blood and bone fertiliser business. They navigate the dusty backroads, delivering goods while occasionally dealing with animal carcasses.

While on one of their deliveries, Reg stumbles upon a van wreck where he discovers the driver deceased inside. A mix of curiosity and darker fascination leads him to load the body into his truck for unknown reasons.

Reg and Lindsay come across three stranded tourists—Sophie, James, and Wes. Despite initial hesitations, Reg decides to offer them a ride, unwittingly sealing their fate as they transport the grim cargo.
