You’re Killing Me

Eden Murphy, a bright high school student, hopes to secure a scholarship to Pembroke University. She is currently on the waitlist and seeks a way to strengthen her chances of admission. Her plan involves convincing Barrett Schroder, the son of a congressman, to support her application.

Eden approaches Barrett politely after school to ask for a meeting with his father, hoping it will help her scholarship case. Barrett brushes her off, showing disinterest and dismissing her request.

Eden, along with her friend Zara, attends Barrett's Heaven and Hell party at his mansion, hoping to persuade him to promote her scholarship. Barrett's friend Kendra confiscates their phones as they enter, creating a barrier for privacy.

Melissa's sister arrives, demanding to know her missing sister's whereabouts, and causes a commotion. Eden decides to take her home in Barrett's car amid the chaos, leaving the party temporarily disrupted.

Barrett invites Eden into a private room at the party after she shares her scholarship pitch. Eden then participates in a beer pong match, with Barrett's support growing as they bond over the game.

Eden finds Zara asleep and takes care of her before discovering Gooch, Barrett's friend, in bed with Zara. She then finds Gooch’s phone and uncovers videos of harassment involving Barrett, Kendra, and Gooch that implicate them in Melissa's disappearance.

Gooch, Barrett, and Kendra attempt to confront Eden after she reveals she saw their videos. Eden blocks them from entering the room, and a tense standoff ensues, with Barrett forcing everyone out of the party.

Zara attempts to get help by escaping through the bathroom window but is attacked by Kendra, who she drops to her death. Eden then tries to use Kendra’s phone to call for help, but the chase continues inside the house.

Eden and her allies are captured and coerced by the Schroders, who show them footage of Barrett running over Melissa and dumping her body. Eden vows to report the crime but is eventually drugged and unconsciousness follows.

Eden awakens in a car with her father and the bodies of Gooch and Kendra. She manages to escape with Zara, but her father is killed. She then returns to the mansion seeking revenge, confronting and killing Barrett’s parents.

Eden injures Barrett with an axe after running him over with a car and hesitates to kill him. Zara intervenes by hitting Barrett with a rifle, and as sirens approach, Eden and Zara reflect on the night's violence, ultimately escaping the scene.
