Santi is a young boy navigating the emotional upheaval caused by the separation of his parents, Rodrigo and Alejandra. This adjustment involves a shared custody arrangement where they meet occasionally. Currently, Santi is spending time with Rodrigo while his mother embarks on a trip with her new boyfriend, who is related to one of the wealthiest individuals in Mexico.

Rodrigo is a dedicated nursery doctor who often finds himself at the hospital attending to births, a commitment that strained his relationship with Alejandra and ultimately contributed to their divorce.
