The following day, with a newfound resolve, Willy returns to the Gourmet store to announce his revolutionary flying chocolates. This catches the attention of three Chocolatiers, who alert the police before sampling his creation. After they mock Willy, claiming the chocolate is a disaster, they inadvertently find themselves floating.

Amidst this chaos, Willy approaches the Chief of Police for assistance, receiving a silver coin that tragically proves insufficient due to his hasty contract signing. Mrs. Scrubit demands Willy work off his mounting debt. Descending through a laundry chute, he meets others who share his fate.

That night, Noodle pays Willy a visit, revealing her longing to taste chocolate. Willy, longing to share his love of chocolate, creates a delightful treat using his chocolate-making machine and shares a heartfelt story of his mother’s culinary prowess before her untimely death, which left him seeking her secret. Meanwhile, the Chief of Police convenes with the Chocolatiers under the cathedral, where through a lyrical chant, they conspire to eliminate Willy as competition. The next morning, Willy and Noodle devise a plan to induce a romance between Mrs. Scrubit and Bleacher, while Willy unveils an invention designed to ease everyone’s burdens, leading them to escape.

As they navigate the vibrant streets, Willy tells Noodle of a peculiar “little orange man with green hair” who persistently pilfers his chocolates, but she remains skeptical. Determined to procure more chocolate, Willy concocts a scheme to obtain milk from a giraffe. As tension escalates, Willy encounters the little orange man once more, who reveals himself to be an Oompa Loompa, displeased with Willy for his cocoa theft from Loompaland. After a series of comedic events, Willy realizes he must outsmart Slugworth and confront the impending troubles.
