A cadre of aliens working for Neppo begins pursuing the kids, using the pursuit to tighten Neppo’s grip on the universe’s most watched entertainment, The Space Show. The chase raises the stakes as they race toward Wan and safety. The group keeps moving despite mounting danger.

Natsuki carries a bag containing Zughan, a substance tied to power and Neppo’s interest. Neppo’s forces close in, recognizing that the root could empower the Pet Star’s ambitions. The tension tightens as the stakes rise for every member of the crew.

Neppo himself lands just as the kids and Pochi reach Wan, signaling the climax of their chase. The Pet Star’s tractor beams swoop in to seize the Zughan bag and throw another wrench into their fragile plans. Amane is captured in the process.
