In the small town of Weedsville, Northern Ontario, Dexter (Scott Speedman) is striving to overcome his heroin addiction, driven by a desire for change. However, his resolve is put to the test when he receives a distressing call from his friend Royce (Wes Bentley), who informs him that their companion Matilda (Taryn Manning) has tragically overdosed and passed away. This shocking news escalates an already tense situation, especially with the looming threat of Omar, a drug dealer determined to collect a substantial debt for the substances he supplied.

In a desperate attempt to sidestep police scrutiny, Dex and Royce decide to bury Matilda in a deserted drive-in theater. As they dig a grave, they are unexpectedly confronted by a gang of Satan worshipers led by Abel (Greg Bryk), who believes Matilda possesses extraordinary powers. To everyone’s shock, Matilda revives and makes a dash for safety, leading Abel to declare that she must be sacrificed. Fortunately, Dex and Royce come to her rescue, and together they brainstorm a plan to rob a local businessman to acquire the funds necessary to appease Omar and escape their dire circumstances.

As the plot thickens, Matilda is abducted by Abel, while Dex and Royce face an unexpected intervention from Martin (Jordan Prentice), a shopping mall security guard who mistakenly thinks the two are in flight from a cult. After giving them a stroke of luck and letting them escape, Martin finds himself in grave danger as Abel tortures him for intel. With a newfound sense of bravery, Dex and Royce discover a safe that they believe holds the key to their financial desperation—if only they can get the combination from Matilda.

Their harrowing journey to rescue her sparks an unlikely alliance with a group of diminutive medieval knights led by Martin, culminating in a chaotic and hilarious showdown full of surprises.
