Mike Braxton, a St. Louis police officer, receives a call from his brother Tony, a thief in Los Angeles. Arriving to find Tony dead and his girlfriend shot, Mike learns Tony was a courier for arms smuggler Simon Stone. He teams with Stone’s lawyer Samantha Richardson, and their attraction puts them in greater danger as they try to crush the ring.
