In the mid-21st century, a dangerous virus known as the Hemaglophagic virus (HGV) escapes from a secret laboratory. This virus was initially intended for creating enhanced soldiers but instead starts transforming infected humans into hemophages, beings with vampiric traits and a drastically shortened lifespan.

Among those infected by the HGV is Violet Song jat Shariff, who contracts the virus while pregnant. This event sets the trajectory for her life as she grapples with the implications of her condition and eventual transformation.

After her infection, Violet is captured and placed in a holding camp for observation. This facility becomes a hub of tension as Violet realizes the oppressive regime lead by Vice Cardinal Ferdinand Daxus aims to exterminate hemophages, like herself.

Fast forward twelve years, after the scientists have terminated Violet's pregnancy, she successfully escapes the holding camp. Embracing her new life, Violet joins the Hemophage Underground, aiming to fight against the cruel regime.

Disguised as courier XPD154, Violet infiltrates the Archministry to carry out a mission. During this covert operation, she comes into possession of a mysterious case that holds a devastating weapon targeting hemophages.

Against her superior's orders, Violet opens the mysterious case, revealing a shocking truth: inside is a ten-year-old boy named Six. This boy, a clone, possesses the potential to annihilate the entire hemophage population.

Violet learns from her Hemophagic friend Garth that Six has a tracking device embedded in him, and his time is limited; he has only eight hours to live. This news adds urgency to Violet's mission to protect him from Daxus and his men.

In a surprising twist, Nerva, Violet's superior, secretly strikes a deal with Daxus to exploit Six's unique abilities against the human race. This betrayal forces Violet to take drastic measures to rescue Six from their clutches.
