In Hyderabad, CI Allari Naresh (K. Shiva Kumar) leads a principled life as a police officer, trying to balance his demanding job with the love of his wife Nitya Sri (Aparna) and their daughter Uha Reddy (Lucky). Though he cares deeply, his long hours often keep him away from home, and the bond with his family remains a fragile but central part of his world.
On Shiva Kumar’s birthday, Aparna is coaxed into a terrifying encounter when four goons come knocking and harass her, a grim reminder of the earlier case where Shiva arrested those same men for tormenting girls at a hostel. Enraged by this violence, Shiva acts decisively, ending the threat to his family. That brutal response fractures the family dynamic, and Aparna and Lucky distance themselves from him, wary of the consequences of his relentless justice.
Shiva agrees to drive Aparna home, hoping to make amends, but fate intervenes. A routine trip spirals into a serious accident that leaves Aparna and Lucky grievously injured while Shiva survives. He transfers them to the hospital, only to confront the shocking reality that they were never admitted there. Unable to accept this, he pushes back, challenging the hospital’s administration and slipping into a dementia-like trance as the stress and guilt overwhelm him.
Eight days pass, and a new truth begins to surface: Aparna and Lucky are not merely missing—they have vanished. Despite his precarious health, Shiva throws himself back into the search, driven by a stubborn resolve to reunite his family. His ally, Victor, reveals a crucial clue: one of the goons, Gajendra alias Gani, appears to have survived the chaotic events. A pursuit ends in a violent confrontation, and Shiva kills Gani, an act that lands him in custody. Dr. Sunita advocates for leniency, recommending house arrest for fourteen days to safeguard his fragile condition.
Even under house arrest, Shiva remains relentless, returning to the scene of the accident and following up every lead. He pieces together a disturbing pattern: the missing people are being kidnapped, possibly to be sold or used in illicit experiments. A detective’s discovery points toward a shadowy network of hijras, yet the group itself insists they are not behind the disappearances. Undeterred, Shiva tracks a faction of men dressed as hijras, follows them, and witnesses a fatal crash involving their leader, which confines the operation to the police’s sight.
The hijras eventually confess a chilling truth: they had been used as a cover for kidnappings tied to a medical mafia that profits from exploitation and clandestine trials. The mastermind behind this atrocity is businessman Bhatia, who is engineering artificial blood from real blood—an invention that would catapult him into immense power and wealth while enabling a string of deadly killings.
Shiva infiltrates the criminals’ hideout by disguising himself as a medic’s worker, a risky ruse that leads him to find Lucky, Aparna, and other abducted individuals. Anger fuels his every move as he ruthlessly dismantles the gang’s henchmen and confronts Bhatia himself. In a blistering showdown, Shiva hurls Bhatia into an incinerator, ending the criminal empire’s cruel scheme.
With the danger finally over, Patel offers a formal apology to Shiva, and Aparna comes to respect the demanding but vital nature of his vocation. The family’s bonds are repaired as Aparna and Lucky reunite with him, and they begin a new, hopeful chapter together, fortified by the trials they endured and the shared resilience that carried them through.
