The hijras are brought to the police station, where they reveal that they were kidnapping people for money and supplying them for illegal medical trials by a medical mafia. They expose the scale of the operation and hint at higher-level complicity. The case widens beyond a simple kidnapping ring.

It is revealed that Bhatia is the mastermind of the medical mafia, using artificial blood made from donor blood to fuel his empire. He accumulates wealth and power by exploiting innocent victims. The revelation reframes the disappearances as part of a dangerous business.

Shiva infiltrates the hideout by disguising himself as a medic, locating Lucky, Aparna, and the other captives. He fights through Bhatia's henchmen and makes a desperate stand to free them. The confrontation culminates in Bhatia's defeat as Shiva hurls him into a flaming incinerator.
